{"id":19845,"date":"2021-09-20T15:24:40","date_gmt":"2021-09-20T15:24:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/casais.pt\/casais-delivers-the-work-of-the-portuguese-pavilion-to-expo-dubai\/"},"modified":"2022-11-17T13:38:20","modified_gmt":"2022-11-17T13:38:20","slug":"casais-delivers-the-work-of-the-portuguese-pavilion-to-expo-dubai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/casais.pt\/en\/casais-delivers-the-work-of-the-portuguese-pavilion-to-expo-dubai\/","title":{"rendered":"Casais delivers the work of the Portuguese Pavilion to Expo Dubai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On September 19th, the Administrator of the Casais Group, Paulo Carapu\u00e7a, participated in the official ceremony for the delivery of the <a href=\"https:\/\/Casais.client.signed.dev\/portefolio\/pavilhao-de-portugal-expo-2020-dubai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">work of the Portuguese Pavilion<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.expo2020dubai.com\/en\/understanding-expo\/participants\/country-pavilions\/portugal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Expo 2020 Dubai.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The work, which is in charge of Casais in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saraivaeassociados.com\/pt-pt\/pavilhao-de-portugal-expo-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Saraiva + Associados<\/a>, was designed under the slogan &#8220;A World in One Country&#8221; and is inserted in the sustainability district, one of the three in which Expo 2020 is divided in Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.expo2020dubai.com\/en\/understanding-expo\/participants\/country-pavilions\/portugal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pavilion of Portugal<\/a>, a <em>concept store<\/em> surrounded by an extensive Portuguese sidewalk called the Square, invokes a Caravel, a symbol of Portugal&#8217;s connection to the world. For Ant\u00f3nio Carlos Rodrigues, CEO of the Casais Group, the project &#8220;allied the architecture proposal with Saraiva + Associados and the Casais construction know-how to deliver a pavilion that symbolizes the spirit of conquest that took the Portuguese caravels on an adventure through the unknown world&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The Portuguese participation will take place between October 1st, 2021 and March 31st, 2022, in the Middle East.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On September 19th, the Administrator of the Casais Group, Paulo Carapu\u00e7a, participated in the official ceremony for the delivery of the work of the Portuguese Pavilion in Expo 2020 Dubai.
