This Friday, 21 June, as part of the Sunny Casais partnership, the Casais Group is inaugurating Corporate First Gaia, a multidisciplinary building that includes the hotel B&B Porto Gaia hotel, and 15 office units. The Mayor of Vila Nova de Gaia, Eduardo V\u00edtor Rodrigues, will attend the inauguration.<\/p>\n
Located next to Avenida da Rep\u00fablica 1363 and Pra\u00e7a Eixo Atl\u00e2ntico 43 in Vila Nova de Gaia, Corporate First Gaia covers 12,782.70 square metres and constitutes a total investment of EUR 17.5 million. The design was the brainchild of Fernando Rocha of URBIS.<\/p>\n
The 11-storey B&B Porto Gaia<\/a> is a hotel infrastructure that responds to tourist and business demand, with 210 rooms and 420 beds. The building also has parking spaces for 63 vehicles. This is the seventh B&B built by the Casais Group in Portugal and Spain, and the Group is responsible for developing five hotels in Portugal \u2013 in Montijo, Oeiras, Vila Nova de Gaia, Olh\u00e3o and Guimar\u00e3es. The B&B Hotels group currently has 15 units in Portugal.<\/p>\n On the west side of Corporate First Gaia is the SITIO<\/a> Gaia coworking space, which will occupy part of the building built specifically to house offices. This 9-storey unit has some areas specifically for private offices and others designed as social spaces and communal areas. On these nine floors, there are 370 workstations in the 30 available offices, which range in sizes suitable for between 4 and 50 people. The building includes deck areas and social spaces. The unit also has facilities such as meeting rooms and event spaces which are open to all companies in the building.<\/p>\n
