The Casais Group, one of the main players in the construction sector in Portugal, today launched two new innovative technological applications adapted to its buildings: GO TWIN and GO AR. Both applications are set to revolutionise the construction and property sector, offering users a more interactive, sustainable and efficient experience with their property assets.<\/p>\n
The GO TWIN application is the Digital Twin solution \u2013 a virtual replica of a physical system or building which allows full, real-time visualisation of all its components. This solution will bring significant improvements to the market in terms of productivity and efficient resource management, enabling data simulation and processing for more objective decision making. This application allows users to monitor the materials and equipment in their building and know when they need to be serviced. They can also know the exact location and characteristics of all building components by accessing sensors embedded in the asset.<\/p>\n
With the GO AR application, users will be able to take an \u201cX-ray\u201d of their property using augmented reality, allowing for a closer and more detailed interaction with the structure. Owners and investors will be able to follow the construction process in real time. This will increase transparency and confidence in the construction process and make it easier to manage the work itself and future interventions.<\/p>\n
