Situated in a prime location within the city&#8217;s urban fabric, F\u00e1brica 390 features architectural design by <a href=\"https:\/\/ooda.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OODA<\/a>, a mural by the artist Vhills, and construction by Casais Construction.<\/p>\n<p>The development is located close to the seafront, the Doca-Pesca and the entrance to the Port of Leix\u00f5es. Previously the century-old \u201cA Varina\u201d canning factory, it is now a residential and commercial development with a fabulous view of the ocean. Because of its location, this complex also enjoys a strong connection to the community.<\/p>\n<p>The IMP Group&#8217;s laboratory will occupy an area of around 3,000 m2, in a multi-purpose growth project that will bring more than 100 highly qualified jobs to the city. <a href=\"https:\/\/impdiagnostics.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IMP Diagnostics<\/a> is the largest diagnostic laboratories group in Portugal, specialising in molecular and anatomical pathology.<\/p>\n<p>The visit by Mayor Lu\u00edsa Salgueiro, in the company of <a href=\"https:\/\/casais.pt\/en\/institutional\/social-organs\/\">Jos\u00e9 M\u00e1rio Fernandes<\/a> from the Casais Group, was the perfect opportunity to tell the mayor all about this construction project and its architectural features and how it contributes to the development of the city.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe pride ourselves on building high-quality residential complexes that accommodate a range of services beneficial to the whole community.
