This annual get-together, themed around the exchange of disruptive ideas, underscored the company&#8217;s commitment to building a sustainable and innovative future.<\/p>\n<p>The event was also energised by <strong>Norberto Amaral<\/strong>, who spoke about the radical, fast-paced presentation format called <strong>IGNITE<\/strong>. This challenging format involves a 5-minute presentation using 20 slides \u2013 that\u2019s one slide automatically advancing every 15 seconds. This was followed by the usual time and space set aside for knowledge sharing and innovation, during which eleven projects were presented:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ceramic 3D printing for the CREE system<\/strong> \u2013 Jo\u00e3o Carvalho and Pedro Andrade<\/li>\n<li><strong>Geopolymer concrete<\/strong> \u2013 Isaac Oliveira<\/li>\n<li><strong>The AlojAR accommodation mission<\/strong> \u2013 Bruno Silva and Valter Costa<\/li>\n<li><strong>DataBox<\/strong> \u2013 Andrea Perez and Leidy Acela<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eventura<\/strong> \u2013 Davide Raz\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tiny House School<\/strong> \u2013 Ricardo Gon\u00e7alves<\/li>\n<li><strong>KREAR and ACCESS+<\/strong> \u2013 Davide Raz\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li><strong>From the invisible to the perceptible<\/strong> \u2013 Ana Sim\u00f5es, F\u00e1bio Gon\u00e7alves, Jairo Picott and Pedro Henriques<\/li>\n<li><strong>Podcast: Convergent innovation<\/strong> \u2013 Margarida Silva<\/li>\n<li><strong>RetOff<\/strong> \u2013 Jo\u00e3o Moreira<\/li>\n<li><strong>(Big) Grid opportunities<\/strong> \u2013 Adriana Gomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Commendations and Awards<\/h3>\n<p>The jury panel for the event singled out two projects for their specific merits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Communication Prize<\/strong>: The AlojAR accommodation mission \u2013 Bruno Silva and Valter Costa<\/li>\n<li><strong>Innovation Prize<\/strong>: Tiny House School \u2013 Ricardo Gon\u00e7alves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The overall winners of the <strong>Get Together Award<\/strong> were:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1st Prize<\/strong>: The AlojAR accommodation mission \u2013 Bruno Silva and Valter Costa<\/p>\n<p><strong>2nd Prize<\/strong>: DataBox \u2013 Andrea Perez and Leidy Acela<\/p>\n<p><strong>3rd Prize<\/strong>: Ceramic 3D printing for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.creebuildings.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CREE<\/a> system \u2013 Jo\u00e3o Carvalho and Pedro Andrade<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Commitment to Transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/casais.pt\/get-together-comemora-10-anos-de-partilha-e-conhecimento\/\">Get Together<\/a> <strong>Out of the Box 2024<\/strong> reaffirmed the Casais Group&#8217;s commitment to valuing the ideas and talent of its employees.
