Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/casais.pt\/grupo-casais-apresenta-primeiro-hotel-de-construcao-hibrida-em-portugal\/\">The First Guimar\u00e3es<\/a>, located within the <a href=\"https:\/\/mithub.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minho Innovation and Technology Hub (MITH)<\/a>, reinforces Casais&#8217; dedication to innovation and the transition towards a more sustainable and circular construction model, optimising materials and building processes.<\/p>\n<p>The industrialisation of construction, applied to both projects, results in less material waste, improved energy efficiency, and faster project execution, making the buildings more sustainable throughout their lifecycle.
