The main aim of this change is to improve accessibility to the new industrial centre located in Padim da Gra\u00e7a, where several of the Group&#8217;s companies operate, thereby promoting more efficient mobility better suited to employees&#8217; schedules.<\/p>\n<p>This improvement in mobility is an integral part of the general strategy of valuing employees that includes several measures aimed at enhancing the personal and professional life of each employee. It benefits them by having a positive impact on their schedules, and also promotes their health and well-being. In addition to the free <a href=\"https:\/\/tub.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TUB <\/a>pass for all Casais Group employees, a benefit implemented in <a href=\"https:\/\/casais.pt\/grupo-casais-promove-mobilidade-mais-sustentavel\/\">2023<\/a>, the company also offers the <a href=\"https:\/\/x4us.ceiia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">X4US<\/a> shared transport network, contributing to more sustainable travel solutions, thereby reducing the carbon footprint.<\/p>\n<p>With this timetable and route update, the first two morning buses and last afternoon bus now include a detour from the previous route in order to serve the area of the new industrial centre directly via Avenida do Assento, in Braga. This update guarantees a quicker and more convenient connection for employees who start and end their shifts there. The penultimate shift in the afternoon, which had already incorporated this change, will continue to travel via Padim da Gra\u00e7a, accessing the centre via its rear entrance.<\/p>\n<p>The Casais Group also maintains an active network of protocols and partnerships in various areas, providing employees and their families with access to special conditions for healthcare and well-being services, and pharmacies and gyms, among other things. This integrated approach reflects the company&#8217;s ongoing commitment to creating a fairer, healthier and more motivating work environment.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of healthcare and well-being, employees also benefit from free nutrition and general medicine consultations, nursing and psychological support services, a system designed to enable close and continuous monitoring.
