The gathering combined typical Family Day moments, such as welcoming families and activities for children, with the official anniversary ceremony, creating a shared experience for teams and their families. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"201341983\":0,\"335551550\":1,\"335551620\":1,\"335559685\":0,\"335559737\":0,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240,\"335559740\":279}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The programme began with the reception of families and breakfast, followed by a range of recreational activities designed for children, including inflatables and activities introducing them to Grupo Casais\u2019 technical professions. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The 68th anniversary ceremony featured speeches by Jos\u00e9 da Silva Fernandes, Chairman of the <a href=\"https:\/\/casais.pt\/institucional\/orgaos-sociais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Board of Directors<\/a> of Grupo Casais, and Ant\u00f3nio Carlos Rodrigues, CEO of Grupo Casais. During the session, the <a href=\"https:\/\/casais.pt\/pessoas\/desenvolvimento-de-pessoas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ElogiArte<\/a> awards were also presented, recognising employees for their contribution to the organisation\u2019s internal culture and values. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":false,\"134233118\":false,\"335559738\":240,\"335559739\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The morning ended with a celebration lunch, providing a moment of conviviality between teams and families.
