Construction has already begun on the first phase of the Uptown development, promoted by Vilamoura World, which includes 31 villas and apartments, 40% of which are already sold. The construction is in charge of Casais Engenharia e Construção and is expected to be finished in the last quarter of 2020.
The project, conceived by architect Jacques Ferrier, is inspired by traditional Portuguese architecture with clean lines and lines, bright rooms, and private gardens that surround and connect the houses and apartments.
