We have a Performance Evaluation process that takes place annually in all companies in all markets of the Group, with the following objectives:

  • Promote a constructive feedback process, “Feedback Talk”;
  • Know the level of competence and performance of employees;
  • To identify and improve the potential (technical and human) of employees and thus improve the organization’s results;
  • Identify training needs;
  • Set goals for the coming year and encourage/support their achievement;
  • Assist in career development processes and career paths.

 

We keep a constant concern with the Satisfaction and Motivation of everyone!

Therefore, every year, by means of a climate survey, we give voice to our employees with the objective of adapting People Management practices to their needs and expectations.
