Through the initiatives ElogiArte, + Valor and Mestre Casais, the Program of Recognition and Organizational Merit allows recognizing and rewarding the employees who by their performance, behavior and contributions stand out in the Group.
We have a Performance Evaluation process that takes place annually in all companies in all markets of the Group, with the following objectives:
- Promote a constructive feedback process, “Feedback Talk”;
- Know the level of competence and performance of employees;
- To identify and improve the potential (technical and human) of employees and thus improve the organization’s results;
- Identify training needs;
- Set goals for the coming year and encourage/support their achievement;
- Assist in career development processes and career paths.

Therefore, every year, by means of a climate survey, we give voice to our employees with the objective of adapting People Management practices to their needs and expectations.
