The Casais Group has, for the third time, garnered a Best Workplace accolade by being one of the ten best companies to work for in Portugal, this time securing 8th place in the annual Great Place to Work® Portugal rankings, in the category for companies with over 500 employees. The announcement was made at the prizegiving which took place at a gala event at the Convento do Beato in Lisbon on 18 March 2026.  

Management focuses its attention on the practical impact this recognition has on day-to-day business operations. António Carlos Rodrigues, CEO of the Casais Group, sees the prize as an endorsement of the Group’s corporate strategy. “Getting into the Top Ten of the Great Place to Work rankings is a validation of our ongoing commitment to human talent. The award is based on a comprehensive methodology that has been in use for over 30 years, with the Trust Index© as its key indicator. Through this voluntary and anonymous survey, the ranking is determined primarily by the perceptions of the employees themselves, who assess the levels of trust and the working environment within the organisation.
