With activity in Gibraltar since 2005, Casais has a consolidated position and aims to reach the leadership, either by the growing involvement in the vast development program launched by the local Government or by the confidence that private investors have been placing in our operating capacity.
Our portfolio in this territory counts recognized and emblematic works, including the University of Gibraltar, University Residences, Holiday Inn Express Hotel, Kings Warf (two last towers), New Waterport Schools, and, more recently, the Hassan Centenary Terraces towers.
At the same time, we have seen our work, precision, and excellence recognized, namely by obtaining awards from the Government of Gibraltar for the work done in the territory, as well as the Heritage Award for our participation and sponsorship in the restoration and relocation of an ancient cannon located in the well-known “Harding’s Battery” fort. These recognitions were further reinforced with the confidence of the Government of Gibraltar through the award of the cost-controlled housing project, which represents half of its electoral commitment.
