Casais Maghreb is responsible for the renovation of the pavilion building of the Sofitel Marrakech Lounge and Spa Hotel. The work consists of renovating 63 rooms, converting 20 rooms into 10 suites, converting five rooms into a penthouse as well as renovating the common areas (corridors, stairs, bathrooms, etc.).
The company is also responsible, in consortium with EFACEC, for the installation of a 9m3/s ozonation line at the Bouregreg drinking water treatment plant in Rabat.
