The second half of August was filled with the CEO’s annual visit to Casais Engenharia e Construção’s construction sites. From north to south, António Carlos Rodrigues was keen to make contact once again with the various work fronts, thus establishing an operational contact, in order to hear the challenges imposed by Covid-19 and how they were overcome over the past few months, as well as to identify established good practices and opportunities for improvement. After the visits, António Carlos Rodrigues stressed that he seeks “for these moments to be rich in listening to what people feel about our organization, which always results in many recommendations for continuous improvement. The CEO was also pleased to see that, since the beginning of the site visits, there is a clear evolution in several areas.
