In the scope of the Master of Works Program, on January 6th and 7th, several technical modules were held in Braga. CNT Germany’s employees participated in these modules, having as trainers General Managers from Casais EC.
The Master of Works Program combines the behavioral component and the technical component, with the main objective of training potential team leaders. We want our professionals to grow within our organization and to grow their team members themselves.
