The “Arte e Engenho” (Art and Skill) program aims to challenge and captivate young talent, motivating them to face the challenges of a dynamic market and prepare them for a successful professional career.

Over the course of 9 months, the Casais Group trainee program helps integrate high-potential young people into the Casais culture, while creating a team with strong and lasting connections.

The Generation C(asais) Programme will train, Construction Site Managersn the job.

For nine months, trainees will work in an engaging professional environment where innovation and digitalised processes and procedures take centre stage.

To be eligible for the Generation C(asais) Programme, candidates must have completed a professional course, CTeSP, or Bachelor degree in the areas of engineering and civil construction, i.e., have basic level IV, V or VI training in Construction Site Management, Civil Construction, Quantity Surveying, Costing and Civil Construction Design.

The Summer Internship Programme @Grupo Casais is your opportunity to challenge yourself in a business context.

For 4 to 12 weeks you will be able to participate in an incredible and challenging experience, which will make you expand your horizons and consolidate the knowledge and skills you have acquired so far.

This Program takes place between the months of July and September, in the North, Greater Lisbon or Algarve. You choose where and when.

+Future is a program aimed at high school graduates and/or people who want to retrain professionally in the construction industry.

Because we are in a growing moment and living a period where innovation and sustainable construction are priorities, we are looking for people who want to apply to the Superior Technical Professional Course in Advanced Construction Technologies, promoted by IPCA Barcelos in partnership with the Casais Group.

The program has a strong practical component, taught in collaboration with different companies of Casais Engineering, S.A. promoting the contact with the industrial and technological reality of the innovative construction methods.

"Mais Futuro" (More Future) is a program aimed at high school graduates and/or people who want to retrain professionally in the construction industry.
