As part of its business strategy, the Casais Group will promote a cycle of webinars for sustainable partnerships. Dedicated to both partners and potential partners, these sharing moments will take place on Thursdays, online, via Teams, at 5pm, and are scheduled to last no longer than one hour.
Note that all webinars are free of charge, although subject to prior registration.
The schedule for the first four months is as follows:
January 28: A Strategic Vision Supported by Collaboration
Objective: Make known the Casais policy regarding the way of collaboration and the implementation of the IPD model – Integrated Project Delivery -, a model more and more used in the Casais Group as a differentiating and indispensable element for the collaboration of our partners.
February 11th: Academia Casais: Training as a Tool for Growth and Empowerment
Objective: to make known the Casais Academy and the strategies of Casais in the capacity building of its teams, as well as how partners can be connected to the Academy.
February 25: Procore: Construction Management Platform
Objective: to make known the functionalities of this tool, which is being implemented in all construction sites in Portugal, with expansion to construction sites in the international area, and which will have an impact on the form of communication and site management with business partners.
March 11: Team Planning and Needs Alignment
Objective: to address and discuss best practices and constraints associated with workforce management and training.
March 25: Casais Connection Platforms
Objective: to make known the current and future IT tools used to streamline our interaction with business partners.
