On July 20th, the Casais Group promoted, among its business partners (suppliers, subcontractors and subcontractors) a webinar about “Recovery strategies to avoid business constraints”. In the scope of the Covid-19 pandemic, the main goal of this action was to inform all partners about Casais’ Contingency Plan, Prevention and Safety Procedures and response levels implemented in the organization as well as to present some “attack” and risk mitigation strategies to keep production levels high and the works and operations in progress.
