The Casais Group has just received two important distinctions (winner in the Construction, Infrastructures, Transport and Logistics sector and the 9th place in the Large Company category), awarded by the Excellence Index, an initiative of the Neves de Almeida HR Consulting in partnership with the magazine Human Resources Portugal, Executive Digest and the INDEG-ISCTE.
This distinction confirms the answer to a question we are constantly asked: What did Casais do differently to have overcome the crisis that affected the entire construction sector?
Casais overcame the crisis because it stopped being a construction company and became a people management company. We are a company that builds people, and it is the people who build the works.
