In 2023, Casais Contracting UAE was awarded the Design and Build contract for the complete renovation of the 1,205 m2 Serenity Spa at Fairmont the Palm. This encompassed a meticulous approach to both the design and construction phases of the project. Located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Serenity Spa at Fairmont the Palm epitomizes refined elegance and tranquillity, drawing inspiration from Portuguese design and hospitality.
During the design phase, Casais Contracting UAE collaborated closely with both Client´s and internal teams of architects, engineers, and interior designers to conceptualize the spa’s new layout, aesthetics, and functionality. This involved considering factors such as spatial planning, aesthetic appeal, and integration of modern amenities.
Following the design phase, the Casais UAE team executed the construction aspect of the project with precision and expertise. This involved a range of tasks including demolition, complete layout modifications, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, and installation of fixtures and finishes, including a Thermal Oasis including experience showers, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzies and relaxation areas. The team adhered to strict quality standards to ensure the project was completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
