The penultimate week of August was filled with the bustle of the CEO’s visits to Casais’ construction sites. From north to south, António Carlos Rodrigues made a point of contacting the various work fronts, thus establishing an operational contact, in order to identify established good practices and opportunities for improvement.
After the visits, António Carlos Rodrigues stressed that “this is an excellent moment of contact with the operation, where we collect a lot of feedback on several operational aspects”. The CEO was also pleased to see that, since the beginning of the site visits, there is a clear evolution in several areas.
