Gibraltar Casais receives Heritage Award recognition
The Heritage Trust recognized the work Giro’s Passage made by the team from Casais Gibraltar. The work consisted in the rehabilitation of one of the residential buildings in one of the finest areas of Gibraltar, Main Street.
New construction awarded to Casais Gibraltar
Casais Gibraltar is responsible for another important work, the “FORBES”. With a 24-month execution period, the project consists of a 15-story high-end residential building with 82 apartments, a health club, an indoor pool, a café, and parking.
150 days without accidents at Bassadone Auto World

Casais Gibraltar delivers Grand Central House
Casais Gibraltar has delivered one more project, the Grand Central House! The challenge consisted in uniting two vacant buildings in Gibraltar’s historic center into one, respecting the existing facades and architecture. In addition to the rehabilitation of the existing floors, three new floors were built, creating 24 apartments and two stores.
