The Casais Group and the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA), in Barcelos, created a course of Professional Technician in Advanced Construction TechnologiesThis is a two years training under IPCA’s faculty guidance and Casais Group’s collaborators, guaranteeing the sharing of knowledge and the best practices in the construction sector. There are 25 spots and applications will be accepted until August 19.
The Casais Group ensures the tuition feesin the first year. The tuition for the 2nd year is also available for students who successfully conclude all the curricular units (CU) of the previous year. The course has four semesters, at day time. The curricular internship will be in the last semester at one of the Casais Group companies.
Once the two-year course is concluded, the Group hires the students for a minimum period of two years, and all of them will have the opportunity to develop innovative projects that bet on sustainable solutions, with the support of Casais tutors.
“+Futuro Casais” Program
This training program is called “+Futuro Casais”.Its target audience is high school graduates or those looking to switch to a different working area.

The students will have the support of a tutor whose function will be to promote the Casais Culture, which will involve them in the company’s life, teamwork, rigor and innovation, encouraging a spirit of excellence”.
At the end of the course, the trainees will have developed specific technical skills in the construction working area, which will enable them to perform functions such as:
- Construction Management Technician
- Preconstruction Technician
- Product Technician
- Measurement Technician
- Digital Catalog Technician
This is a development course oriented towards modular construction and the industrialization of civil construction through new technologies.
