As part of its business strategy, the Casais Group will promote a cycle of webinars for sustainable partnerships. Dedicated to both partners and potential partners, these sharing moments will take place on Thursdays, online, via Teams, at 5pm, and are scheduled to last no longer than one hour.
On the 6th of January 2021, between 09h00 and 13h00, the Casais Group in partnership with the Diário Imobiliário newspaper will promote a seminar under the theme “Climate Changes and Environmental Sustainability”. The event will have the special participation of António Carlos Rodrigues, Casais Group’s CEO.
The quality of construction work has a direct impact on the quality of life of all citizens. Equally important is the fact that the energy performance of buildings and the effective management of resources in the production, transportation, and use of products for building and infrastructure construction have a significant impact on energy, climate change, and the environment.

Between September 25th and 27th, the Casais Group was present in another edition of the Greenfest festival in the Tibães Monastery, in Braga. Considering the new reality, the festival presented an innovative format with a hybrid program (in person and digital), under the theme “Sustainable Recovery in the Post-Pandemic”. It should be noted that sustainability is one of the priority axes in the strategy of the Casais Group.
On September 10 and 11, Opertec received an external audit by AENOR. The audit resulted in a minor non-conformity that reflects, once again, the excellent work that the facilities management company has been developing.
On the 10th of September, the Casais Group’s CEO, António Carlos Rodrigues, participated in another meeting of the Advisory Board of the Engineering School of the University of Minho.
The Casais Group Administrator, Dr. Paulo Carapuça, participated in the opening ceremony of the Vanguard Stars Jamor 2020 Tournament, where he spoke words of incentive directed to the young athletes and stars of the future. Note that the Casais Group is responsible for the construction of Bayline, a venture of Vanguard Properties Portugal.
