Grupo Casais celebrated its 68th anniversary with a special edition of Family Day, bringing together employees and their families for a morning dedicated to celebration, sharing and recognition.
The initiative took place on 23 May, simultaneously across three locations: Braga, at Fundação Mestre Casais; Cascais, at the Oitavos construction site, in Quinta da Marinha; and Quarteira, at the Springs construction site. The gathering combined typical Family Day moments, such as welcoming families and activities for children, with the official anniversary ceremony, creating a shared experience for teams and their families.
The programme began with the reception of families and breakfast, followed by a range of recreational activities designed for children, including inflatables and activities introducing them to Grupo Casais’ technical professions.
The 68th anniversary ceremony featured speeches by José da Silva Fernandes, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupo Casais, and António Carlos Rodrigues, CEO of Grupo Casais. During the session, the ElogiArte awards were also presented, recognising employees for their contribution to the organisation’s internal culture and values.
The morning ended with a celebration lunch, providing a moment of conviviality between teams and families. In Braga, participants also had the opportunity to visit the Residência Universitária Confiança construction site, on a route prepared to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
